Dry Solids Discharge

The TSP series of De-Watering units can be a complete standalone plant or an integrated plant installed for;

  • Pre-screening of wastewater prior to the SBR marine wastewater treatment plant
  • De-watering of food waste
  • De-watering of wastewater treatment bio-sludge

The TSP units reliably separate high solid content wastewater with a 0.15mm wedge wire screen achieving a dryness fraction on the solid discharged of ~30%.

The use of these highly efficient De-watering units eliminates the traditional need for maceration of solids in wastewater.

Wet Sludge Discharge

The VPS series of Pre-screen units can be a complete standalone plant or an integrated plant installed for pre-screening of wastewater prior to the SBR wastewater treatment plant.

The VPS units reliably separate high solid content wastewater with a 0.15mm wire screen, discharging a sludge-like waste product that can be pumped to a ships sludge tank – or further processed.

The use of these highly efficient Pre-screen units eliminates the traditional need for maceration of solids in wastewater.
